  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.

    A deposit is required to reserve your appointment time. The deposit will be applied toward the total service amount.

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or platform used to secure the appointment.

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may result in the denial of future booking requests.

    All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated directly (by email, direct message on Instagram, or direct message/chat on Snapchat) and acknowledged as received. A request is not considered officially canceled or rescheduled until acknowledgment has been provided.

    Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies at my sole discretion. An exception is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.
