  • • Appointments must be scheduled at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.

    • A deposit is required to reserve your appointment time. The deposit will be applied toward the entire service amount.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend the appointment without notice (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the deposit and denial of future booking requests.

    • Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated directly and acknowledged as received.

    • Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at my sole discretion.

    • By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

  • On the rare occasion that Jasmine cannot honor the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, deposits are nonrefundable.
